Project: Creekside Elementary School, Issaquah, WA GC: Babbit Neuman Construction Co. Contract: $500K Architect: Cornerstone Architecture Scope: BSM installed Metal Sales’ Magna-Lok metal roof panel (44,000sf) “Mistique Plus” paint finish. Exterior metal siding consisted of horizontal V-Line 32 custom color “Rustique”, and vertical TLC flush face metal siding panels in “Metallic Silver” and “Mistique Plus.” Window flashing was fabricated in contrasting colors for this beautifully designed school |
