Project: Curtis Junior High School, University Place, WA GC: Bershauer Phillips Contract: $755K Architect: BLRB Architects Scope: BSM installed Metal Sales Manufacturing’s TL-1222 “Mistique Plus”concealed fastener metal wall panels. BSM fabricated custom S-lock flat soffit panels and installed over zee furring. Kingspan Insulated Metal Panels (API) supplied the Centurywall H “Silversmith” insulated metal wall panel system with reveal flashing, installed over vertical hat channel. The bus canopies were covered with metal roofing. Custom fabricated gutter hangs on 1/8” x 2” galvanized painted gutter brackets which drain into 4” PVC schedule 40 painted downspouts |
